AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that

:feting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the fallowing:

thereby changing the total Exam 104 to 107.
Section 2 that Section No. 60(B} of Ordinance No. 2979 of
the County of Butte entitled WELFARE - G.A.I.N. 570-002 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

5 Social Worker Supexvisnr I
14' Social Worker III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classificatian Title
6 Social Worker Supervisor I
20 Social Worker III, II
thereby changing the total from 34 to 41.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code Section of the State of
California; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte this 23rd day of ~ November 1393, by the following
