The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State. of California, under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of -said County, ORDAINS, as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is ,hereby zoned as an M-1 (Light Industrial) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Counb~ Code Section 24-114 and the regulations identified in the related Developmen+. Agreement in Ordinance X107. Said azea so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, in Durham, more pazticulazly described as follows: All that certain real property situated in the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: A porkion of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, T21N, R2E, M.D.M. and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly Right-Of-Way line of Falager Court (Pentz Road) from which Point of Beginning a railroad spike mazlcing a point in the Easterly boundary of the Rancho Esquon bears South 86 ° 54' 47" West, 633.67 feet, thence from said Point of Beginning North 25 ° 13' S8" East, 67.80 feet to a point on the arc of a 1550.00 faot radius curve concave to the Northeast, a tangent at said point beazs North 64 ° 46' 02" West, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 10 ° 46' 04" an azc distance of 291.30 feet, thence North 53 ° 59' S8" West, 1069.10 feet, thence Northwesterly along, .the arc of a 950.00 foot radius curve, concave to the Southwest, through a central angle of 20 ° 13' OS" an arc distance -of 335;23 feet to the West line of -the- . ..Southwest quarter of said Section 25; thence along said- West line, ..South 00 ° 48' 40" East, 137.82 feet to the Easterly boundary of the. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declazed to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) -days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Boazd of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
