AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:

Budget Unit 54].-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 77 3/4 to 79 3/4.
Section 3 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Public health - General Services 540-001 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the fallowing:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
