AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 60 {A) of Ordinance No. 2979

is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

County of Butte entitled AGRICULTURAL Budget Unit 460-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Agricultural Pest Control Worker
thereby changing the total from 18 3/4 to 17 3/4.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
