AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows;
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - General Services
Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby amended by deleting the following:
Positions Classification Title
4 Medical Records Technician
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
5 Medical Records Technician
thereby changing the total from 67 to 68.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
