3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

California, DO ORDAIN as follows:

Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference A of Ordinance No. 2979
7
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
8 -- GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by adding thereto
9
the fallowing:

I3 Section 2 that Section No. 69 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
14 of the County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE - CENTRAL
15 COMMUNICATIONS Budget Unit 725-QQ1 is hereby amended adding thereto
16 the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
18 1 Telecommunications Technician
19 thereby changing the total from 2 to 3.
2U This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
21 25123(f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
22 before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
23 be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
