AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OE BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 23 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
of the County of Butte entitled COUNTY CLERK Budget Unit 311-001. is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification. Title
1 Court Clerk iI, I or Office Assistant II, I
1 - 50% Court Clerk II, i or Office Assistant II, I ',
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Court Clerk II, I or Office Assistant II, I
thereby changing the total from 21 5/6 to 23 1/3.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123(f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
