AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARYORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the Cou nty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4C of Or dinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte for Classified positions in the Elective Offices
with Flat Rate Assignments set by statue is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Class
Salary Code Classification Title
$ 90,680 0245 Municipal Court Judge
$ 99,297 (County Share $7,500} 9250 Superior Court Judge
and adding thereto the following:
SalarLr Code Classification Title
$ 95,214 0245 Municipal Court Judge
$104,262 (County Share $7,500) 0250 Superior Court Judge
This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1994; and before
expiration of fifteen (15) days after it s passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County o f Butte, State of California.,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 22nd day of Februar y , 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES• Supervisors Meyer, Dalan, Houx, Thamas and Chair McLaughlin
