AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte for Classified Positions in the General Unit
Classifications is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Hourly Class
Rance Step 1 Step 5 Rate Code Classification Title
1193 $2,200 $2,675 $14.11 6362 Public Health Nutritionist
Section 2 that Section No. 3D of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte for Classified Positions in the Management,
Confidential, Supervisory Unit Classifications is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Salary Class
Ranae Step i Step 5 Cade Classification Title
1193 $2,200 $3,251 6361 Supervisor - Public Health
Nutritionist
and adding thereto the following:
1233 $2,675 $3,251 6361. Supervisor - Public Health
Nutritionist
Section 3 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Public Health - General Services Department
Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
Position Classification Title
1 Public Health Nutritionist
thereby changing the total from 68 to 69.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage. it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 22nd day of February ~ 1994, by the
