AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 37 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Probation Department Budget Unit 430-001 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1g Probation Officer II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
20
Probation Officer II, I
thereby changing the total from 42 to 43.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall b
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 8th day of March ~ 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING : None
