AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 70 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
r
County of Butte entitled NEAL ROAD SANITARY T.ANDFXLL~(MANAGEMENT)
Budget Unit 757-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Civil Engineering - Junior
thereby changing the total from 1 to 2.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Sectio
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall b
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 8th day of Maxch f 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Tho~aas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyez
NOT VOTING: None
