AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 60 (B) of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled WELFARE - G.A.I.N. Budget Unit
57a-ao2 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
19 Social Worker III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
20 Social Worker III, II
thereby changing the total from 41 to 42,
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 8th day of Marc , 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Da3.an, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING: None
