AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No, 15 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled County Counsel Department Budget Unit
100-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Paralegai
thereby changing the total from 8 to 9.
This ordinance shah take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of Caiifornia;
and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it
shalt be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
Caiifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 8th day of March 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlim.
NOES : None
ABSENT : Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING : None
