AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 Reference D of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte for Classified Positions in the Management,
Confidential, Supervisory Unit classifications is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

amended by deleting therefrom the following:

14 and adding thereto the following:

i7 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
18 Section Na. 2 of this ordinance shall take effect retroactive to
October 10, 1992; all other sections of this ordinance shall take

effect as of February 26, 1994; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
20
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
21
County of Butte, State of California.
