AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE Budget Unit 020-001 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
~. Secretary I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst II, TTT
1 Office Assistant III or Principal Clerk
thereby changing the total from 6 to 7.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123(f) of the Government Cade of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (a.5} days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of California.
