AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDTNANCE11
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDATN as follows:

Section 1 that Section No. 12 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled TREASURER AND TAX COLLECTOR Budget Unit
070-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer II
1 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
