AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
4 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:

g Section 1 that Section No. 45 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
~ County of Butte entitled Public Guardian - Public Administrator
~ Budget Unit 500-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
9 following:
10 Position Classification Title
lI 1 Auditor-Accountant T
12 and adding thereto the following:.
13 Position Classification Title
~4 1 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account
Clerk or Account Clerk
I5 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
16 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
17 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
.fig before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
19 published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
