BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT EASEMENTS IN
PLEASANT VALLEY DRAINAGE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Grant Easements have been delivered to the County
of Butte, a political subdivision of the State of California,
granting to said County the right of laying down, inspecting, main
taining and using for conveying drainage water in an open ditch
and/or an underground main or pipe line and suitable manholes,
connections, and other appurtenances, together with the right of
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on and across those cer-
tain premises situate in the County of Sutte, State of California,
and more particularly described in said Grant Easements, which
have heretofore been dated, executed and delivered to said County
by the following Grantors, to wit:
1. Clarence B. Reynolds and Helen Elvig Reynolds, dated
September 10, 1960.
2, Ralph W. Arent and Molly M. Arent, dated November 15, 196 .
3. Merrill E. Fowler and Leona E. Fowler, dated November
3, 1960.
4. Bailey & Waer, a partnership composed of Ray A. Bailey
and Albert R. Waer, dated June 28, 1960.
5. William Lee Sims II, Vernon E. Fish, Lawrence T. Fish ands
Bernard G. Lewis, dated September 7, 1960.
6. George Talken, dated October 7, 1960.
7. Chico Board of Education, Governing Board of Chico High
School District, dated July 21, 1960.
8. Sydney M. Crane and Lula H. Crane, dated June 28, 1960.
9. Edward Fansler and Mildred Fansler, dated January 26, 196 .
10. Lawrence B. Gunn and Doris D. Gunn, dated August 3, 1960
11. Douglas N.land Ada V. Cameron, dated July 13, 1960.

21 26. Ralph W. Arent and Mo11y M. Arent, dated June 18, 1960.
22 27. B. Leona Moore, Grant H. Moore, Clelan A, Barnett, and
23 Virginia Q. Barnett, dated January 13, 1961= and
24 WFlEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept
25 each of said Gant Easements and conveyances,
26 NOW, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
27 of the County of Butte, State of California, that said Grant Ease-
28 ments be accepted by the County of Butte, and recorded together
29 with a certified copy of this Resolution.
30 The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
31 Pryde who moved its adoption, seconded by
32 Supervisor A17dredFe and said Resolution was passed
