AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 Section 1 that Section No. 42 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
4 County of Butte entitled Agricultural Department Budget Unit
5 460-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
6 Positions Classification Title
7 2 Office Assistant II, I
1 - 75~ Office Assistant II, I

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 17 3/4 to 1$.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to

Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of California;

and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it

shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of

California.
