AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Sectian 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions -
Section F: For classes with Flat Rate assignments is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Flat Rate Classification Title
$50.00/Shift Mental Health Clinic Psychiatrist
Standby Pay
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte this 28th day of June , 1994, by the following vote:
