The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 45 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Public Guardian - Public Administrator
Budget Unit 500-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

1 Specialist-Public Guardian/Public Administrator

and thereby changing the total from 5 to 7.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
