AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled Public Works - Road Maintenance Budget Unit
530-025 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classification Title
12 Road Maintenance Worker T2, I
1 Tree Trimmer Climber II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Position Classification Title
13 Road Maintenance Worker 22, I
2 Tree Trimmer Climber II, I
thereby changing the total from 72 to 74.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 {f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the Caunty of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 28th day of June , 1.994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
