AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No, 9 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled AUDITOR/CONTROLLER - Budget Unit 050-001
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Account Clerk
thereby changing the total from 24 to 25,
Section 2 that Section No. 13 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled ASSESSOR - Budget Unit 080-001 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Appraiser II
1 Appraiser. I
thereby changing the total from 38 to 40.
Section 3 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PERSONNEL - Budget Unit 090-001 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

1 Office Assistant TTT, II, I
thereby changing the total from 7 to 8.
Section 4 that Section No. 21 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled SOUTH COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT - Budget Unit
245-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the fallowing:

thereby changing the total from 19 1/2 to 20 1/2.

540-003 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 9 that Section No. 62 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the

amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 10 that Section No. 65 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE - Building & Grounds
Maintenance Budget Unit 720-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor-Building Crafts Worker
thereby changing the total from 29 to 30.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 {f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
