AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY_OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 60 {A) of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled WELFARE - Administration Budget Unit
570-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Revenue & Reimbursement Officer I
18 Office Assistant TIT, TI, I
6 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Revenue & Reimbursement Officer I
20 Office Assistant III, II, I
9 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
thereby changing the total from 107 to 113.
Section 2 that Section No. 60 {C) of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled WELFARE - Eligibility Budget Unit
570-003 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
14 Eligibility Supervisor I
20 Eligibility Worker III
6 Eligibility Worker III, II
96 Eligibility Worker II, I
2 Account Clerk or Office Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
17 Eligibility Supervisor I
23 Eligibility Worker III
119 Eligibility Worker II, I
3 Account Clerk or Office Assistant II, I
thereby changing the total from 139 to 163.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California, and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte this 26th day of .Tuly , 1994, by the following vote:
