AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 DF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS_THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, Reference A, of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
-- GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

541-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect retroactiv e to January 1, 1994;
and before expirati on of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it
shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California .
