AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN AR-MH-5 {AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION
24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,

3 under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
4 ORDAINS, as follows:
5 SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
s Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an AR-MH-S
7 (Agricultural Residential Mobile Home - 5 acre parcels) District, and such area shall

be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte

~o County Code Section 24-97.
~Z Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
12 County, Palermo, more particularly described as follows:
13 All that certain real property situate in the State of California, County
14 of Butte, described as follows:
15 Lot 1, and the W 5 acres of the S 1 /2 of the NE 1 /4 of the NW 1 /4
of Section 7, T18N, R4E, MDB&M.

Excepting therefrom an undivided one-half interest in and to all gas,
17 oil and minerals,

Also excepting therefrom a portion of Lot 1 of Section 7, T18N, R4E
~g MDB&M, more particularly described as follows:
2a Beginning at Engineer's Station 79-88.32 P.O.T. from which the NW
2z corner of said Section 7 bears N 0° 29' 40" W, 1392.86 ft.; thence N
0° 29' 40" W, 4DOA0 ft; thence N 89° 30' 20" E, 40.00 ft.; thence S
22 0° 29' 40" E, 310.00 ft.; thence S 48° 12' 46" E, 70.00 ft.; thence S
0° 31' E, 40.00 ft.; thence S 89° 29' W, 95.00 ft. to the point of

25 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
2g in full force and effect from and after thirty {30) days after the date of its passage,

and before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shat[ be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury Register, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 23rdday of August , 199, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
