AN .ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, Reference D, of Ordinance No. 2979
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
-- MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 8 that Section No. 58 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
Caunty of Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - DRUG ABUSE - Budget Unit
541--003 is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Section 9 that Section No. 59 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - H.E.R.E - Budget Unit
541-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
MENTAL HEALTH - H.E.R.E. 541-004
and adding thereto the following:
MENTAL HEALTH - SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES YOUTH 541-004
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and
before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it
shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
