The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County, ORDAINS, as follows: SECTION L The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an A-20 (Agricultural - 2D acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-78. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, southeast of Palermo, more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the State of California, County of Butte, described as follows: PARCEL 1: The SE 1/4 of Section 14, T18N, R4E, MDB&M. PARCEL 2: All of Section 23, T18N, R4E, MDB&M. Excepting therefrom the following described parcel of land: The N 1 /2 of the NW 1 /4 and the N 165.00 ft. of the S 1 /2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 23, T18N, R4E, MDB&M. PARCEL 3: Apart of the N 1 /2 of Section 14, T18N, R4E, MDB&M., and a portion of Lot 20, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Fortune Acres Unit No. 1 ", which map was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on February 4, 1930, in Book "A" of Maps, at Pages 23, 23A, and 24, more particularly described as follows: A} Beginning at a point on the E and W centerline of said Section 14, a distance of 1200 ft. E along said E and W centerline from the center of said Section 14; thence E along said centerline to the E 1 /4 corner of said Section 14; thence N along the E line of said Section 14, to the SE comer of Lot 21 of said Fortune Acres Unit No. 1; thence N 86° 57' W along the S line of said Lot 21, a distance of 2fi8.fi0 ft. to the NE corner of Lot 20 of said subdivision; thence N 64° 06' W along the N line of Lot 20, a distance of 614.90 ft. to a point on the centerline of Knob Hili Avenue; thence S 13° 29' W, 8.16 ft. to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 350 ft.; thence southwesterly along last mentioned curve, 159.23 ft. to end of said curve; thence S 39° 33' W, 283.92 ft. to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 1000 ft.; thence southwesterly along last mentioned curve, 204.77 ft. to end of said curve; thence S 51 ° 57' W, 384.22 ft.; thence N 38° 03' W, 513.67 ft. to a paint in the line between Lots 19 and 20 of said Fortune Acres Unit No. 1; thence along said line S 68° 15' W, 288.95 ft. to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 20; thence southeasterly in a direct line to the point of beginning. PARCEL 4: Lot 21, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Forkune Acres Unit No. 1 ", which map was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on February 4, 1930, in Book "A" of Maps, at Pages 23, 23A, and 24. PARCEL 5: A[I that real property situate in Section 23, T18N R4E MDM, Butte County, California being anon-exclusive easement for roads and public utilities purposes on, over and under a strip of land fi0 ft. in width lying 30 ft. on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a paint on the N line of said Section 23, #rom which the NW corner of said Section 23, bears S 87° 43' 56" W, 30.00 ft.; thence southerly and parallel with the W line of Section 23, S 01 ° 24' 40" E, 967.90 ft.; thence S 44° 40' 28" E, 409.87 ft.; thence along a tangent curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 125 ft.; a central angle of 37° 15' 14" 114.07 ft. to a point 30° northerly of and at a right angle to the southerly line of that certain parcel conveyed to Reginald A. PARCEL 6: All that real property situated in Section 23, T18N, R4E MDM, Butte County being anon-exclusive easement #or Road and Public Utilities purposes on, over and under a strip of ground fi0 ft. in width lying 30 ft. on each side of the following described centerline. Beginning at a point on the S line of that certain parcel conveyed to Reginald A. Loftus by deed recorded March 9, 1970 in book 1605 Official Records at Page 106 from which the SW corner of said Loftus parcel bears S 87° 49' 07" W, 359.32 ft.; thence from the point of the beginning southerly along a curve concave to the E having a radius of 350.00 ft. a central angle of 32° 29' 56" the arc length of which is 198.52 ft.; thence S 00° 37' 04" E, 57.90 ft. to a tangent curve concave to the E having a radius of 375.00 ft., a central angle of 52° 43' 41 ", the arc length of which is 345.07 ft.; thence S 53° 20' 23" E, 833.07 ft.; thence S 61 ° 22' 13" E, 815.23 ft.; thence S 01 ° 21' 40" E, 928.63 ft.; thence S 89° 50' 47" W, 268.95 ft. thence along a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 150.00 ft., a central angle of 91 ° 10' 43" the arc length of which is 238.31 ft.; thence S 01 ° 10' S6" E, 811.29 ft.; thence S 87° 49' 4$" E, 456.31 ft. to the end of this description. Said easement parcels 5 and 6 are for the benefit of appurtenant to Parcels 1 through 4 herein. PARCEL 7: A 60 foot wide easement for road and public utility purposes on, over, and under a strip of land the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of Section 23, T18N R4E, MDM; thence S 63° 15' 23" E 419.40 ft. to a tangent curve concave northerly having a radius of 150 ft. a central angle of 52° 3D' 2fi", an arc length 11 2 3 4 5 6 7' 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 1$ 19 20 2i 22 23 24 2a 26 of 137.46 ft.; thence N 64° 14' 11" E 249.28 ft. to the center of a 50 foot radius cul-de-sac; thence N 75° 33' 38" E 523.62 ft. to the end of the herein described centerline. Said easement parcel 7 is for the benefit and appurtenant to Parcels 1 through 4 herein. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (3D) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
