STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DISTRICT, PURSUANTTOSECTION 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TPZ-160 (Timber
Preserve Zone - 160 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-19D.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Butte Creek, mare particularly described as follows:
All that certain property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 28, T24N, R4E, MDB&M, also being a
portion of the "Biggers Glen Subdivision" recorded in Book 130 of
Maps at Pages 51 through 5$ of Butte County Official Records, on
the 30th day of September, 1993, and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NW section corner of said Section 28; thence N
89° 10' 03" E, 669.69 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence S 01 °
19' 11" E, 970.00 ft. along the E line of said "Biggers Glen
Subdivision" to the SE corner of Lot 9 of said subdivision; thence W
25.00 ft. along the lot line between Lots 9 and 21 of said subdivision;
thence N 01 ° 19' 11" W, parallel to the E line of said subdivision,
969.94 ft. to a point on the north line of said subdivision; thence N
89° 10' 03" E, 25.00 ft., more or less, to the point of beginning and
the end of this description.
Containing .557 acres, more or less, Butte Creek.
SECTION 2. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TM-2 Timber

and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-
168.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Butte Creek, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Section 28, T24N, R4E MDB&M, more particularly
described as follow:
Commencing at the NW Section corner of said Section 28; thence N
89° 10' 03 E, 669.69 ft.; thence along the E boundary line of the
"Biggers Glen Subdivision" Recorded September 30, 1993 in Book
130 of maps at Pages 51 through 58 of Butte County Official
Records, S 01 ° 19' 11" E, 1659.52 ft. to the south right-of-way line
of Humboldt Road and the true point of beginning; thence easterly
along said right-of-way line to a point that is 100.D0 ft. from the E line
of said "Biggers Glen Subdivision"; thence S 01 ~ 19' 11" E, 250.00
ft., mare or less, to a point in the centerline of Bolt Creek; thence
following said centerline of said Bolt Creek in a-westerly direction for
100.00 ft., more or less, to the intersection with the E line of said
"Biggers Glen Subdivision"; thence N 01° 19' 11" W, 212.40 ft. to the
S right-of-way line of Humboldt Road, also being the true point of
beginning and the end of this description.
Containing .5T4 acres, more or less, Butte Creek.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, on the 11~day of October , 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas, Chair McLaughlin
