AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN TPZ`160 (TIMBER
PRESERVE} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-29.
The Board of Supervisars of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
ORDAINS, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TPZ-160 (Timber
Preserve Zone - 160 acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-190.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Forest Ranch and Feather Falls, more particularly described as follows:
SW 114 SE 114 and S 112 NW 114 SE 114 Sec. 33, T25N, R3E, MDM.
Portions of W 112 Sec. 31, T21N, R7E, MDM.
Portions of S 1/2 SW 1/4 and SW 114 Se 114 Sec. 18, T20N, R7E,
MDM.
S 112 N 1/2 SW 1/4 Sec. 1$, T20N, R7E, MDM.
Portions of E 112 NW 114 Section 15, T20N, R7E, MDM.
Portions of E 112 NW 114 Sec. 15, T20N, R7E, MDM.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty {30) days after the date of its passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (lSj days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprise , a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, on the 25th day of October, 1994, by the
following vote:
