AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 12 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled TREASURER/TAX COLLECTOR - Budget Unit
070-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 _ 75o Senior Account Clerk
thereby changing the total from 15 to 15 3/4.
Section 2 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PERSONNEL - Budget Unit 090-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

Thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect as of December 3, 1994; and
before expiration of fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California,
