2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
~ The Board of Supervisors of the Caurty of Butte, State of
5 California, DO ORDAIN as follows;
g Section 1 that Section No. 71 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
7 County of Butte entitled AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT Budget Unit
8 979-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title

1 Air Pollution Control Engineer

and adding thereto the following:

Positions Classification Title
12 2 Air Pollution Control Engineer (one temporary)
13 thereby changing the total from 8 to 9.
14 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
15 25123{f} of the Government Code of the State of California; and
16 before expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it
1=~ shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
18 California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Butte this 22nd day of November , 1994, by the fallowing vote:
