AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCL~NO. 2979 OF THE
COUNTY OF.BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 46 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the County of
Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - Budget Unit 530-002 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 4 112 to 5 112.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 {f)
of the Government Cade of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen
{15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte this 13th day of December 1994, by the following vote:
