AN URDTNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
[~OUNTY OF BUTTE~.,KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Califorrua,
I DO ORDAIN as follows:
i n 1~liat Section No. 60(a) of Ordinance No. 2979 of the County of Buite
entitled WELFARE - ADMINISTRATYON Budget Unit 57Q-IX}1 is hereby amended by
deleting therefirom the following:
POSIt1011S Classification Title
9 Welfare Program Manager
4 Staff Services Systems Specialist
~ and adding thereto the following:

8 Welfare Program Manager
1 Wel~are Program Manager (frozen from 1-24-95 to ~-23W9~
5 S~a~f Services Systems Specialist (one term position from
1-24-95 to 1-23-9~
thereby changing the total from 113 to 114.
This ord'uaance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{~} of the
Government Code of the State af California; and befoare expiration of fifteen (~5} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
