The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN as ~ollows:
i n 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the Coun~y. o~ Butte
entitl~d DTSTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIMINAL - Budget Unit 320-041 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thezeto the following:
