AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2979 OF THE
CDUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "~AL.ARY ORDINANCE"
Th~ Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e, State of California,
DO ORDAIN as follows:
~ n 1 that Section No. 60{a) of Ordinance No. 2979 of the County o~ Butte
ent~tled WELFARE - ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Titl~
7 Weifare Support Ser~ices Supervisor
1 Principal Clerk
and adding thereto ~he foilowing:
PositiQns Classi~ication Title
8 Welfare Suppor~ Serv~ces Supervisor
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect ~mmediately pursuant to Section 25123(~ of the
Go~emment Code of the State o~ Cal~~orni.a; and before expi~ation of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
