DO ORDAIN as ~ollows:
i n 1 that Sec~ion No. 4 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the County of Butte
entitled SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS -
REFERENCE: E is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety.
i n 2 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 2979 of ~lie County of Butte

System, may elect to receive County payment of the member's shaze of the
retirement cost oz iun. lieu an additional percentage applied to their biweekly
