7 thezefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediateiy pursuant to Section 25123 ( r~ of the
I Government Code of the State of California; and before expi~ation of fifteen (15) days

after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the Caunty of
Butte, State of California.
