The Board of Supervisors o~ the Coun.ty of Butte, State o~ California,
DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 23 of Qrdinance No. 2979 of the County of Butte
en~~ed COUNTY CLERK W Budget Uni.t 3l. ].-001 is hereby amended by de~eting
therefrom the following:
