440-004 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom ~ie folxowing:

and adding thereto the foilowing:

This ordinance shall take effec~ immediately pursuant to Section 25123(~} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of ~ifteen (l.5) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the Coun~y of Butte, State of
California.
