AN ORDINANCE OF BUTTE COUNTY AMENDING
THE Z~NINC FOR A PORT~ON OF BUTTE COUNTY,
CALiFORNIA, KN~WN AS THE
NORTH CHIC~ SPECIFiC PLAN AREA
1 The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Caiifarnia, under and
2 p~arsuar~t to Chapter 24 of the Butte County Gode of said County ORDAINS as
3 foflows:
4 SECTI~N 1. The attac~ed Exhibit A shall be and is hereby adopted as the
5 zoning districts for the North Chico Specific Plan area, and such area shall be subject
fi to the res~ric~ions and regulations of the North Chico Specific Plan text and Chaptef
7 24 of the Butte Cour~ty Code.
8 SECTION 2. This 4rdinance shail be and it is hereby declared to be in fulf
9 force and effect from and after t~irty {30) calendar days after t~e date ofi its passage,
10 and before the expiration afi fifteen {~ 5) caiendar days after its passage, tE~is
~ 1 Ordinance shall be published or~ce with the names of the memb~rs of the Board af
12 S~penrisors vo#ing for and against it in the Er~terprise Record, a newspaper puhiis~ed
13 in the County of Butte, State of Cafiforr~ia.
