AN ORDINANCE SUSPENDING RABIES VACCINATiON

REPORTING REQUIREMENT OF BUTTE COUNTY CODE SECTION 4-20.1

The Board of Sup~rvisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of California,

orda~ns as follows:

Secti.on 1. The rab~.es vaccination reporting r~quirement contained in

hereby susp~nded and said sentence shall have no effect unl~ss said

suspension is rescinded aand the reporting requirements are re-imple~ented.

The Board vf Superv.~sors will review the inatter in one year fro~- the

e£~ecti.ve date of this ordinance and wi11 determine after said review
15
whether or not to re-implement the reporting requirements.

Section 2. sever_abilit~ Tf any part o~ this ordinance shal3. be held

void by a court of competent jurisd~.ct~on, such part sha13. be dEemed
19
severable, and the invalidity thereof shall nat affect the remaining parts
20
of this ordinance.

Sect~on 3. Effective Date; Pub].i.cation. This ordinanae shall be and

is hereby declared to be in fu~.1. force and effect 30 days from the date
24
of its passage. Wi.thin fifteen days of the date af its passage, this
25
ordinance shal.l be published once with the names of the members of the
26
Baard af Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
