3 RESOLUTION Z~UTHORIZING COUNTY OF BUTTE TO EXECUTE
AND DELIVER TO DIVISION OF HIGHVdAYS OF THE STATE
4 OF CALIFORNIA RIGHT OF ENTRY

6 LsTt-IEREAS, the DIVISION OF HIGIi4JAYS of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA
7 has requested of the COUNTY OF BUTTE the execution of a Right of
8 Entry, granting unto said STATE OF CALIFORNIA to enter in and upon
g certain lands generally described as a portion of Lot D of the E.
10 A. Mathews Tract, and more particularly described in said Right of
11 Entry dated the 20th day of March, 1961; and
and deliver
12 ~ WHEREAS, County is willing to execute/said Right of Entry
13 strictly in accordance with the terms thereof, which provide for
14 later compensation to GOUNTY OF BUTTE for the land described in
15 said Right of Entry;
16 NOWa THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
17 of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
18 1. That Said Gounty grants unto the STATE OF CALIFORNIA a
19 right of entry upon the lands particularly described in that cer-
20 tain document entitled "Right of Entry" and dated the 20th day of
21 March, 1961, and that the Chairman of this Board be, and he, is
22 hereby authorized on behalf of the COUNTY OF BUTTE to execute and
23 deliver said Right of Entry.
24 2. That the Clerk of this Board is authorized to attach a
25 certified copy of this Resolution to said Right of Entry.

27 The foregoing Resolution was ixltroduced by Supervisor
28 Steinegger who moved its adoption, seconded by
29 Supervisor Pryde and said Resolution was passed
30 this 20th day of March, 1961, on roll call by the following vote,
31 AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger
and Chairman Oiles
32 NOES: None
