3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDZNG SECTION 36-50 OF CHAPTER 36 OF THE BUTTE
4 COUNTY CODE ENTITLED "INCARCERATZON"

6 The Board of St~pervisars of the County oP Butte ordains as
7 fol~aws: -
8 Section 1. Section 36-50 of the Butte County Code i.s amended to
9 read as follvws:
10 Section 36-50 Generall
11 Pursuant to Penal Code secta.on 4a24.2(e), there i.s hereby
12 established the following ~ees for the administratian, of Butte
13 County's work alternative pragram:
].4 (1) Tnitial implementation fee $15.00
15 (2) Daily program administration fee, per day $ 2.00
16 (3} Worker's C~mpensation Insurance, Premium Fee $10.00
17 These fees shall. be based upon the affender~s ability to pay.
18 Inability to pay shall not precl.ude participation in the work
19 alternative pragram.
20 Section 2. Severability.
21 If any part of this ordinance shal~. be held void by a court of
22 competent jurisdiction, such part shall be deemed severable, and
23 the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this
24 o~dinance.
25 Section 3. This Ordinance shall be and ~t is hereby declared to be
26 in ~ull ~orce and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
27 date af its passage, and before the exp~.ration of f~~teen (15} days
28 after its passage, this Ordinance sha~.1. be published once with the
