The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~ Caiifornia,
DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4 of 4rdinance No. 2979 0~ the County of Butte
entitled SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTNE AND APPOINTED 4FFICIALS -
j REFERENCE: A- Salary Plan for Appointed Department Heads is hereby amended
I by adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately puzsuant to Section 25123(~ of the
Government Code of ~a.e State of Ca~ifornia; and before expiration o~ fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State o~
Cali~oxnia.
