~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
4 c'[)TTNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN A THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
~ as follows:
s ec i n 1 that Section No. 45 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
9 entitled DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - PLANNIlVG Budget Unit 480001 is hereby
1~ amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 i i n classifications
12 3 Office Assistant III, II, I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions classifications
15 1 Administrative Services Assistant
15 2 Office Assistant III, II, I
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
1 ~ This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to October 7, 1995; and before
19 expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
24 County of Butte, State of California.
