AN ORDINANCE AN~NDING ORDINANCE N0.3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows: .
Section 1 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Posi ion Classifications
10 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Courier/Stock Clerk
9 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f j of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expixation of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
