AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:

REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -~ GENERAL UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Salary Hourly Rate at Class Code Ciassif~cation Title
Range Step 2 to 6

and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
gth day of Manua=~ 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supexvisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair Mc~.aughlin
