AN ORDINANCE AlV1ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3213 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDTNAI~~E"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIl~T
as follows:
i n that Section No. 36 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL Budget Unit 420-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
P i ' n Classifications
17 Juvenile Hall Counselor
and adding thereto the following:
Positions classifications
1 S Juvenile Hall Counselor (one temporary, term position to
expire June 30, 1996)
thereby changing the total from 27 to 28.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
