AN ORDINANCE AN~NDING ORDINANCE N0.32 ~. 3 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
i n 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3213 of the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-OOl is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
7 Nutrition Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 - 50% Public Health Nurse III, II, I
$ Nutrition Assistant II, I
thereby changing the total from 74 to 75 112.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
